Bohle Veribor® | Model BO 602.1G
Professional Two-Pad Suction Lifter for Flat, Airtight Surfaces
The Bohle Veribor® 602.1G double suction cup is a lightweight, lever-activated hand lifter designed for controlled lifting, carrying and positioning of clean, flat and gas-tight materials. Its broad non-slip grip area, ergonomic toggle levers and robust plastic construction provide a comfortable, practical handling solution for glazing and other material-handling work.

*The rated capacity applies only under Bohle's specified operating conditions. See the safety information below.
Comfortable, Professional-Grade Handling
The 602.1G is designed around a large, slip-resistant grip area that sits securely in the hand. Each suction pad is activated by its own ergonomic lever, allowing the user to create and release vacuum quickly without a separate hand pump, battery or external power source.
- High-quality PAH-free rubber pads: Bohle's SBR pads are dimensionally stable while remaining compliant enough to seat against the surface as vacuum is generated.
- Ergonomic operation: A broad non-slip handle and user-friendly toggle levers support a secure, comfortable grip.
- Durable plastic body: Robust construction keeps the tool practical for regular professional use.
- Made in Germany: Manufactured by Bohle as part of its Veribor® line of professional suction lifters.
Recommended Application
Use this standard-pad model for manual handling of objects with clean, dry, flat and gas-tight surfaces. It is particularly suited to flat glass when the glass and the complete load are sound and appropriate for suction handling.
Other flat, non-porous materials may be suitable, but the actual surface, load and working conditions must be assessed and a controlled test lift performed before use.
Surface Limitations
This model is not intended for rough, porous, uneven, curved or textured surfaces. These conditions can substantially reduce holding force or prevent a reliable vacuum from forming. For textured airtight surfaces, use a suction lifter specifically equipped with a sealing-lip pad.

Basic Operating Sequence
- Inspect and prepare: Confirm that the lifter and both pads are clean, dry, undamaged and fully functional. Clean the load surface so it is free of dust, oil and grease.
- Attach: Press the lifter firmly against the surface with both pads relaxed and lying flat, then engage both levers. Clear resistance should be felt as vacuum is created.
- Test and handle: Perform a controlled test lift whenever suitability is uncertain. Keep the load within the rated capacity and monitor the attachment throughout handling.
- Set down and release: Fully secure the load before opening the levers. If a new pad remains attached, gently lift its edge with a finger to admit air; never use a sharp or pointed tool.
Important Safety & Capacity Information
Bohle's stated 50 kg load capacity applies to a new suction lifter on clean, dry and flat glass at approximately 20°C and 1013 mbar after the maximum possible vacuum has been generated. Altitude, temperature, moisture, contamination, pad wear or damage, wind, side loading and materials other than flat glass can reduce holding force.
- Manual use only: Never connect this hand tool to a crane, forklift or other lifting equipment.
- Never lift over people or use the lifter as a support or attachment point for a person.
- Do not lift cracked or chipped glass. Secure every load against falling, tipping or slipping.
- Short-duration handling only: If vacuum or holding force decreases, set the load down immediately and reattach the lifter.
- Use appropriate PPE, including safety footwear, robust protective gloves and suitable close-fitting work clothing.
Bohle states that its permissible load ratings are based on half of the maximum load achieved in regular testing, providing a stated safety factor of 2.0. This does not permit the rated 50 kg capacity to be exceeded.
Care, Storage & Pad Replacement
- Keep the lifter and rubber pads clean and free from oil, grease, dust and other contamination.
- Store in a clean, dry and dark location, preferably in a protective case, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
- Do not clean the pads with aggressive chemicals such as solvents, petrol, rubber detergents or softeners.
- Replace any pad immediately if it is damaged, aged, has reduced elasticity or no longer provides reliable holding force.
- Bohle instructs that the rubber pads be replaced at least every two years and that only original replacement parts be used.
Read before use: This product overview does not replace Bohle's complete operating instructions. The user is responsible for confirming that the tool, load, surface and working conditions are suitable before every lift.
